Learned State counsel at the outset submits that petitioner has been granted extension in terms of the Instructions for two years in the handicapped category vide order dated 09.08.2018. According to her, petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous. Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.
In view of above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
