The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate direction to respondent No.3 to transfer the investigation of a criminal case arising from FIR No. 111 dated 16.07.2020, registered under Section 21 & 25 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Barnala to any other district.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is being falsely implicated in various criminal cases. Notice of motion.
