The learned counsel representing the petitioners does not dispute that a civil suit, challenging the communication dated 20.05.2013, was dismissed in default and no application for restoration thereof has been filed.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the learned counsel representing the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file an application for restoration of the suit, which was dismissed in default.
