Mr. Vishnav Gandhi, DAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3. Both the counsel state that they have no objection if the present application is allowed.

In view thereof, the present application is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main contempt petition is taken on Board today itself.

In view of the order dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure R-2) appended with the additional affidavit dated 06.09.2025 filed by Sh. Bikramjit Singh Shergill, Managing Director, PRTC, Head Office, Nabha Road, Patiala, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 6.
