In view thereof, the present application is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main contempt petition is taken on Board today itself.

In view of the order dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure R-2) appended with the additional affidavit dated 06.09.2025 filed by Sh. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 6.
