Petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider their case for filling up the posts in view of Resolution, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that for redressal of their grievance petitioners have submitted representation (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.3 but no action has been taken on the same so far.

Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P-4) expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
