After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he confines his prayer at this stage to issuance of a direction to the official respondents to ensure that compliance of all the safeguards in favour of the accused and the provisions of Cr.P.C. is made at the time of interrogation of the accused.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to ensure that complaince of all the safeguards and the requisite provisions of Cr.P.C. is made during the course of interrogation of the petitioner. 3.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Haryana for necessary compliance.
