G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) A perusal of the writ petition would go on to show that respondent no. 2-school has not been requested for change of the date of birth since as per Regulation 69.2(iii), request is to be made by the Head of the school alongwith various documents.

Faced with the situation, counsel prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to request the school firstly for forwarding his papers to the Board.

Ordered accordingly.
