ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that he has instructions to state that during the pendency of the writ petition impugned advertisement dated 23.07.2015 has been withdrawn by the competent authority. The instant writ petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous, in view of the aforesaid statement. The same is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to revive the proceedings in case his grievance still outsurvives after withdrawal of the advertisement.
