******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 51 dated 14.02.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324, 326, 506 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared. Even, none has appeared on behalf of State of Haryana.

I have perused the file.

As per case of prosecution, occurrence took place on 12.02.2019. Police registered the FIR on the basis of statement of Lakhwinder Singh, who had stated that Baljinder Singh was caused injuries by Subeg Singh, Sukhram, Yuvraj Singh and 2 other unidentified persons. CRM-M-29752-2019 -2Baljinder Singh or the complainant. It is a cross-version regarding which FIR No.52 dated 14.02.2019 was also registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa. The accused named in the cross FIR have moved petition (CRM-M-25605-2019) seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise.

Keeping in view the fact that completion of investigation, presentation of challan and conclusion of trial will take considerably long time but without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner Jaswinder Singh is ordered to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, subject to following terms:- a. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.

b. In the event of his absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel his bail bond and surety bond and proceed to procure his presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioner shall have to apply for bail afresh.

c. He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
