Interest Act, 2002 (for short SARFAESI Act), and during pendency of these petitions, notice under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act also came to be challenged.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, pray for withdrawal of the aforesaid petitions, (

 &'!'  !) with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), by filing application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act which if filed within a period of 30 days from today, the same shall be entertained by DRT and decided on its own merits without being dismissed on limitation alone. 3.

Interim order to continue till the DRT takes fresh decision on the question of interim relief, provided the petitioners approach the DRT within 30 days, failing which this interim order shall loose its efficacy.
