(ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 17.05.2016 (Annexure P-4) whereby claim of the petitioners under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme - 2006 (for short 'the Scheme') has been rejected.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to alternative remedies as available under the Scheme.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
