Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition. In light of the fact that there is no apparent threat perception much less, the petition does not even discloses as to when and how the family members of the petitioners were informed about their marriage. The averments made in the petition do not demonstrate any specific date or time, rather are vague that somebody raided the house with some police officials and threatened that they wanted to arrest the petitioners. Despite a specific query, learned counsel for the petitioners could not demonstrate the same.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court, in case, any specific threat persists or arise.
