Let four copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.

The petitioners are residents of village Atela Kalan, Tehsil Charkhi Dadri, District Bhiwani. They seek a direction for inclusion of their names in the electoral roll and issue them voter cards as they have attained the age of 18 years. CWP No.20223 of 2015 [2] Since the above-stated claim requires a fact-finding enquiry, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits, with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani to look into the above-mentioned grievance of the petitioners and redress the same in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
