Mr. K.P.S. Virk, Advocate, for respondents No.7, 9 to 12, 19. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Pursuant to order dated March 03, 2017, Prem Singh, BDPO, Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, is present in court. Learned state counsel submits that the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, has been complied with in letter and spirit and a drain has been constructed. Encroachments have been removed and FIR has been registered against the encroachers. According to him, no cause of action survives in this petition. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. It is observed that the authority shall be at liberty to act as per law.
