Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 15.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No. 4, whereby petitioner was transferred from Mini Zoo Bir Talab (Bathinda Forest Division) to Gill Patti Bir (Bathinda Forest Division).

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that impugned transfer order has been cancelled, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
