(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order which has been impugned in the present writ petition is appealable, therefore, petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition to prefer an appeal against the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that a time bound direction be issued to the respondents to decide the appeal, which the petitioner intends to prefer against the impugned order. Learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states that in case, any such appeal is filed by the petitioner against the impugned order, the same will be decided on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same.
