This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in cross version registered vide G.D. No. 33, dated 18th July, 2021, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 and 506 IPC in F.I.R. No. 73, dated 17th July, 2021 under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.

This Court vide order dated 15th September, 2021 granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Balbir Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is cooperating.
