(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, by way of Public Interest Litigation (PIL), inter alia, seeking direction to the official respondents especially official respondents No.1 to 6 to consider the representation (Annexure P-3) and act upon the same in a time bound manner. The non-action of the respondent authorities is leading to health hazardous as well as other inconveniences caused to the residents of the village, thereby infringing their fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. Further, the non-action is also stated to be in contravention of the Directive Principle of State Policy as enshrined under Part-IV of the Constitution of India. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation (Annexure P-3), which has been filed before the concerned authorities.
