(ORAL) Petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.PC seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.246 dated 21.07.2022 under Sections 120-B/420/467/468/471/506 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

Vide order dated 08.08.2022 while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 08.08.2022, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sanjay has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their further investigation in the present case is not required.

In view of the above, interim order dated 08.08.2022 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
