(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to decide the partition application titled 'Mohinder Sain v. Inder Sain and others' pending adjudication since 29.09.2011 expeditiously.

Heard.

Without going into the merits of the case and without issuing notice to the respondents at this stage, revenue authorities are directed to make an endeavour to decide the abovesaid partition application as early as possible, preferably within a period of nine months subject to rights of appeal/revision of the parties.

Disposed of.
