* * * * AVNEESH JHINGAN, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for a direction to the Assistant Collector, First Grade (SDM), Tapa, District Barnala to allow application dated 23.02.2018 (Annexure P-5). 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that mutations are being entered in the revenue record on the basis of a Will. The validity of the Will is already under challenge in a Civil Suit.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the application dated 23.02.2018 (Annexure P-5) as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.
