* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner applied for a 1 kanal plot under the oustee quota. The petitioner claims to have learnt that he is likely to be held entitled to a plot admeasuring only 8 marla. He, therefore, addressed a letter dated 14.08.2014 (Annexure P-5) stating that he was entitled to a 1 kanal plot and not an 8 marla plot.

Needless to add that the authorities concerned shall before finalizing the allotment take into consideration the petitioner's application/representation dated 14.08.2014 (Annexure P-5) for allotment of a 1 kanal plot.
