***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent has given an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, on the next date fixed before the court below i.e. 03.05.2025.

In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
