(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is against the resolution, which has been passed by respondent No.5-The Panjgraian Multitask Cooperative Agriculture Services Society, wherein, a decision to withhold the retiral benefits has been taken.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents-State argues that keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in General Manager, Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Sultanpur, U.P. CWP-15751-2017 -2present writ petition against the respondent Society is not maintainable before this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents further states that petitioner has a remedy under the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984.
Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities under the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984, for the redressal of grievance as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
