**** &  )) + % Present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.4 to 18 with a further direction to respondent No.2 to take action against respondents No.15 and 16 who after conniving with private respondents threatening and trying to take forcible possession over the land from the petitioner. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under Order 39 Rule 2;A CPC before the Court concerned.
