The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 06.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Bathinda whereby an application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC filed by the petitioners was dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Courts website, District Court Bathinda, in the interregnum, the main civil suit itself stands decreed with costs by the Trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 28.08.2023 and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
