on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 filed in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner was reinstated vide order dated 31.01.2017 and as per order dated 01.02.2018, suspension period i.e. 22.08.2016 to 27.09.2016 has been treated as duty period for all intents and purposes.

Keeping in view the fact of reinstatement of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to the petitioner to pursue his representations (Annexures P3 to P5) with the authorities, if so advised.
