CWP No.7009 of 2011 (O&M) {2} In view of such situation, I deem it appropriate that instead of putting the lawyers in difficulty, statement of Mrs. Sunaina Choudhary, respondent No.2/complainant be recorded, vide separate order. In view of the statement made by Mrs. Sunaina Choudhary, recorded vide separate order today, the complaint dated 23.02.2010 (Annexure P-27) is ordered to be withdrawn. Resultantly, all consequential proceedings initiated by her become without jurisdiction, much less null and void.
The statement of Mrs. Sunaina Choudahry recorded in a separate order shall also form part of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
