Chander Mohan Munjal, Dr. Anmol Rattan Singh, Harpreet Singh Garcha, Rajeev Kaswan, Lekh Raj Sharma as well as proforma respondent No.9- Sh.Karanjit Singh are present in the Court. They have tendered their unqualified apology before this Court, for their unwarranted and uncalled for attempt made, by all the petitioners, which is apparent from the record of this case. However, exercising maximum judicial restraint and without commenting anything further on their conduct, their unconditional apology is accepted. Learned counsel Mr. H.P.S. Ishar, Advocate, and also the petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action but with better particulars, because some serious mistakes have crept in, particularly with special reference to Annexures P-7 and P-8 at pages 55 and 56 of the paper book, while drafting the writ petition and also owing to some later Amit Kumar 2016.09.20 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
