(ORAL) In pursuance of order dated 03.08.2023 memo No.6215 dated 11.08.2023 has been placed on record by the learned State counsel showing that a well reasoned and speaking order has already been passed on 20.06.2023 even before passing of last order dated 03.08.2023. The aforesaid fact could not be brought to the notice of this Court by both the parties, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

The factum of passing of order dated 20.06.2023 has not been denied by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above factual position, this writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as having become infructuous.
