(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.6 to re-investigate into the complaints/grievances of the petitioners as raised in representation dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-15).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Ishan Chaudhary, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Sri Anandpur Sahib, submits that as regards the grievances raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition and also representation dated 28.09.2023, petitioner No.2 had submitted complaint No.6 before the learned Lokpal, MGNREGA & PMAY-G, District Rupnagar, wherein award No.6 dated 11.09.2023 was passed. A copy of Award No.6 has been handed over in Court today, which is HIMANI GUPTA 2025.07.30 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-15201-2025 (O&M) - - taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Copy thereof has also been supplied to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Court today itself. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners that in case any grievance of the petitioners still remains unaddressed, they would, if so advised, avail their remedies in accordance with law. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
