(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.07.2015 passed by Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra whereby firearm license of the petitioner has been cancelled. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Against the impugned order, appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act lies.
