Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking direction in case FIR No.71 dated 15.03.2019 under Sections 306 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P1) to transfer the investigation from District SAS Nagar to any other police station.

Even on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 22.10.2019 and 05.02.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
