***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is filed to challenge the order dated 20.03.2009 passed by respondent No.1 on the appeal filed by the petitioner under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Learned State counsel has submitted that the order dated 20.03.2009 passed by the Appellate Authority may be set aside and the case may be remanded back to decide it afresh, after taking into consideration all aspects of the matter after affording personal hearing to both the parties.
