(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.0179 dated 29.10.2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Moga, District Moga and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. alongwith all subsequent and consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to move an application for discharge before the trial Court taking all the available pleas. Permitted to do so.
