(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of case bearing FIR No.142 dated 03.08.2024 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City-2 Mansa, District Mansa as well as challan report/chargesheet dated 09.11.2024 filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C. as well as all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with better and complete particulars, if so advised.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
