RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 30.05.2022, Annexure P-2, reminder dated 19.10.2022, Annexure P-3, as well as second reminder, dated 25.05.2023, Annexure P-4. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has filed representations, dated 13.05.2022, 19.10.2022 and 25.05.2023, Annexures P-2 to P-4, respectively, however, no action has been taken on the same by respondent No.1. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 2/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a MEENU 2023.07.27 11:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
