Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the transfer order dated 09.08.2016 (P-2), passed by respondent No. 1, whereby petitioner was transferred from CHC Khamano (Fatehgarh Sahib) to Ghhuda (Bathinda). Upon notice, reply on behalf of respondents has been filed and it is averred that above transfer order was cancelled vide order dated 31.03.2017 [R-1(T)].

In view of above, learned counsel for petitioner does not want press the petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
