(Oral) Counsel for the Stated has filed the affidavit of the Director, BPS Government Medical College for Women Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat and submits that on 21.07.2023, the promotion order of the petitioners has been issued. He further, on instructions from Mr. Joginder, Assistant BPSGMC, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, submits that the due salary will be paid to the petitioners within a period of 02 months from today.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, at this stage.
