(Oral) In compliance of order dated 03.12.2015 of this Court, learned counsel for respondent No.5 has filed affidavit of Dr. Vijay Pal, Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, today in the Court and the same is taken on record.

As per above affidavit, the petitioners have been offered appointment on contractural basis by the Municipal Corporation, Yamuna Nagar, Jagadhri as per policy/guidelines laid down by the State Government effect from 18.03.2016.

In view of above affidavit, no further action is required to be taken in the present writ petition and the same is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
