(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and grant the petitioners, allowances as are being paid by the respondents to its employees working in Thermal Plant being managed, operated and maintained by respondent - Corporation.
Reply on behalf of contesting respondents No.2 to 5 is already on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. Even on the last two dates of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
