-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Short reply by way of affidavit of Iqbal Singh Dhaliwal, Superintendent, Central Jail, Kapurthala has been filed in compliance of previous order passed by this Court.

As per the said reply, presently, the petitioner is lodged in jail in case bearing FIR No.32/2022 registered under Sections 379-B, 201, 34 IPC Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, the counsel for the petitioner made prayer that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition and he further made prayer that the Investigating Officer of the present case be given necessary direction that if the petitioner is required for further GAURAV SOROT 2023.03.03 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-34463-2022 investigation in the present case, he should get issued his production warrants from the Court concerned to get the custody of the petitioner in the instant case.
