The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 09.04.2009, whereby their services were terminated. 2.
The petitioners were terminated from service in April' 2009 and they approached this Court in 2011. Notice of motion was issued, however, no interim order was passed in their favour. A period of 16 years from the date of their termination has passed away and they were contractual employees.

At this stage, this Court cannot ask respondent to reinstate them especially when they were contractual employees. 4.
Disposed of.
