This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 101, dated 29th March, 2021, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar, Mansa, District Mansa.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
