The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing order dated 30.06.2023 (Annexure P-2), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Community Health Centre Manwala, District Amritsar to Primary Health Centre, Muzaffarpur, District Nawanshahar.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
