AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Challenge in present writ petition is to the transfer order dated 02.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) vide which petitioner has been transferred from PHED No.1, Jind to PHEC, Rohtak.

The sole ground in present writ petition is that son and wife of petitioner are suffering from mental and physical illness. Rohtak has better medical facility. Even other wise, as per the answer given to the query, he has been posted in Jind since 2016. The Court cannot interfere in the administrative work of the State until and unless it is actuated out of some malice.

Dismissed.
