None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners on 18.08.2023. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 23.11.2023. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for nonprosecution. 3.
