RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayers made in the representation dated March 07, 2014 (P-8) for grant of study leave and other financial/service benefits to Multi-purpose Health Worker (F) have not been granted to her even though the petitioner is entitled to similar directions as were issued in CWP No.3974 of 2008 decided on January 10, 2011 and CWP No.10784 of 2012 decided on May 30, 2012.
Since the representation has not been decided so far, it would be just and meet that a direction is issued to the competent authority amongst the respondents to consider the aforesaid representation within a time bound period.
Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated March 07, 2014 (P-8) within two MANJU 2015.02.13 12:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
CWP No.2038 of 2015 -2months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. In case, the benefits are found admissible, there would then be no necessity to hear the petitioner or pass a speaking order.
