(ORAL) After arguing the case for some time and having been confronted with the fact that impugned order dated 5.7.2016 (Annexure P-3) is revisable before the competent authority under the relevant provisions of law contained in Haryana Cooperatives Societies Act, 1984, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their equally efficacious alternative remedy before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. Permission is granted.
