Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the Gradation recorded by respondent No. 2 in the Annual Confidential Report of petitioner for the period w.e.f. 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016.
Upon notice, reply stands filed.
Main case stands listed for hearing on 21.09.2022. Now, an application bearing CM No. 13847-CWP of 2022 (duly supported by the affidavit dated 29.08.2022 of petitioner-Karamjit Singh Bhalooria) has been filed by the applicant-petitioner, seeking withdrawal of the present petition.
